Write the equation

_______________________________________


= 2 {x}^(2) + 3x - 2x - 3

expand x into 3x and -2x

_______________________________________


= x(2x + 3) - (2x + 3)

take x out and 2x+3 in bracket and take - out and 2x+3 in brackets

_______________________________________


= (2x + 3)(x - 1)
