A woman is 43 years old, and her daughter is 15 years old. How many years will it be before the woman’s age is just twice her daughter’s?

Explanation:

Let us assume that after X years, the woman 's age will be Twice of that of her daughter's age.

Then,

2 * ( 15 + x ) = ( 43 + x )

30 + 2x = 43 + x

X = 13 years

Therefore, after 13 years the woman will be twice as old as her daughter.
