How is DNA of human and bacteria different ? can u please explain it ?​

The human genome is compromised of 23 pairs of linear chromosomes, and approximately 3000 mega bases of DNA, while the genome of the bacterium Escherichia coli consists of a single 4.6 mega bases circular chromosome.
