Do you know what slope intercept form is?
y = mx + b
m being the slope
b being the y-intercept

So all you have to do is isolate y to get:
5y = -4x + 10
y= -4/5x + 2

We can see the slope is -4/5 and the function intercepts the y axis when at y = +2

To graph the function, start at the y-intercept since we know where it is. That’s (0,2). Now the slope says down 4 and right 5. Or you could do up 4 and left 5
