What’s the question asking?

Germany was split between east and west. The east was similar to the former Soviet Union (now known as Russia) in that it was communist and controlled by them. West Germany was controlled by; The US, France, and Britain.

Poland, Belgium, and Greece were not part of this. Plus, Russia was NOT called Russia and England is a part of Britain (but in this context it is referred to Britain which would be the proper term on this assignment).
