Answer:

y = -5/3x + 57/3

Explanation:

Solve 5x = 1 -3y for y

so 3y = -5x + 1 divided by by 3

y = -5/3x +1/3

Since its parallel it has the same slope

To find the y-intercept you need to move 9 to 0

so the intercept = 12/3 + 45/3 = 57/3
