I can't draw the line for you but I can give you some of the points on the line.

In order to find points, you need to substitute values for x into the equation:

y = -5x + 3

Let's try x = 0;

y = -5(0) + 3

y = 0 + 3

y = 3

So the point would be, (0,3)

Next let's try 1;

y = -5(1) + 3

y = -5 + 3

y = -2

The point is, (0,-2)

Usaully you just need two points to draw a line. If you want the line to be more precise, you can keep on substituting values for x into the equation.
