I go to the gym wake up like 7:30 a.m. drink water everyday, eat healthy like salad, fruit.. also walk for like 30 minutes. something really important always keep you mind saying you can do it because if you don't keep thinking about that you just going to be like I "never going to do this" "how much just i give up" No it's important the reminder you can do it
