9x^4+21x^3+13x^2-x-2

Explanation:

just foil (3x-1)(x+1)=3x^2+3x-x-1=f oil your answer (3x^+2x-1)with (X+1) this gives you 3x^3+3x^2+2x^2+2x-x+1 reduces to 3x^3 +5x^2+x+1 foil that with 3x=2
