The Ninth and Tenth Amendments deal with rights not outlined specifically in the US Bill of Rights. Why do you think the writers of the Constitution felt these two amendments were important?

because no man can think of every right and put it into the Constitution and if someone goes around doing something that isn't specified in the Constitution but violates American rights they can still be held accountable for their actions.
