What is a complementary angle versus a supplementary angle?

If sum of two angles equals
90

then the two angles are said to be complementary.
If sum of two angles equals
180

then the two angles are said to be supplementary.
Verticall Angles are the angles opposite each other when two lines cross. They are always equal. "Vertical" in this case means they share the same Vertex (corner point), not the usual meaning of up-down.
