Answer:

A physically active job or a job that keeps one active physically does not automatically translate to better fitness.

Step-by-step explanation:

For example, working in a Crude Oil refinery exposes one to various kinds of harmful gases such as:

  1. Sulfur dioxide
  2. Hydrogen sulfide and
  3. Carbon monoxide. These are very harmful to human health after prolonged or protracted inhalation.

Thus, the heightened activity on the job does not necessarily translate to fitness. Work conditions are an important part of the equation.

Role of Behaviour in Physical Fitness Levels

Physical Fitness is an end result which is catalysed by a combination of various factors mostly evolving from one's behaviour.

One example of negative behaviour which can impact on ones Physical Fitness Levels is one's Culinary habits.

We are WHEN we eat. No matter how physically active we are, if one continued to eat late at night it is will amount to no good.

We are WHAT we eat. It is no longer news that taking care to balance one's diet will translate to a healthier body. It's no use being physically active and eating at the right time if one keeps eating the wrong foods, such as processed carbs, processed sugar, processed fruits, soda and foods that contain large amounts of cholesterol.

Milk is not a suitable replacement for water. Neither is soda, alcohol or artificial fruits juice made from concentrates.

Regular exercises are indispensable in maintaining great physical fitness.

A combination of well-timed meals, properly balanced diet and regular exercise are guaranteed to improve one's physical fitness.

Cheers
