Given:

Mean absolute deviation (MAD) = 0

One of the data values = 14.

To find:

The statement for other data values.

Solution:

We know that Mean absolute deviation (MAD) represents the average of absolute difference between observations and mean.

MAD=(\sum |x_i-\overline x|)/(n)

MAD is 0. It is possible if
\sum |x_i-\overline x|. It means all the values of
|x_i-\overline x| are 0.

It means no deviations in mean angle values and all the values are the same.

Therefore, if MAD is 0 and one data value is 14, then all the data values are same, i.e., 14.
