Question: What was the Albany Plan of Union and was it successful? Why or why not?

Suggested by Ben Franklin, the Albany Plan was a plan to create a unified government for all of the 13 colonies. The Albany Plan was a failure because the colonies were afraid of losing their own autonomy.
