Answer: 34x15

Explanation:

A rectangle

Knowing the properties of a rectangle, the opposite sides are equal and parallel.

Determine formula

Since both sides are equal, our formula is
((2(3x-1))*2)+((2x+3)*2)=98

Solve for X

Side 1:

((2(3x-1))*2)

((6x-2)*2)

(12x-4) simplified

Side 2:

((2x+3)*2)

(4x+6) simplified

Solve:

(12x-4) + (4x+6) = 98

16x+2=98

16x=96

(16x)/(16) = (96)/(16)

x = 6

Substitute x

2(3(6)-1) = 34

(2(6)+3) = 15

The dimensions of this rectangle are 34x15.
