This term “Greenhouse effect” is related to Global warming and pollution.

It is a process due to which Earth's surface temperature is rising because all the heat and radiation from The Sun, is bring trapped in our atmosphere. Then this heat is released on Earth's surface making it hot and melting Glaciers.

The green house gases (like Carbon dioxide, methane etc.) in the atmosphere capture heat.
