Answer:

Y= 2x^2+14x+12

Explaination:

When it gives you the roots you can automatically change the sign and put them with the x in factors such as

y = (x+6)(x+1)

Then you put the leading coefficient of 2

y = 2(x+6)(x+1)

Then to get it in standard form you distribute the parenthesis the the 2 to get:

Y= 2x^2+2x+12x+12

Combine like terms and you'll answer will be

Y= 2x^2+14x+12
