(4+5+6+7)/(4) =5.5

2. Subtract the data set with 5.5:


5.5-4=1.5


5.5-5=0.5


6-5.5=0.5


7-5.5=1.5

3. Add all the differences' then divide it by 4 again:


(1.5+0.5+0.5+1.5)/(4) =1

So, the MAD would be 1
