given:

base= 10 ft

height= 12 ft

to find:

the surface area of the given pyramid.

solution:

s.a = {a}^(2) + 2a \sqrt{ \frac{ {a}^(2) }{4} + {h}^(2) }

s.a = {10}^(2) + 2 * 10 * \sqrt{ \frac{ {10}^(2) }{4} { * 12}^(2) }

s.a = 360 \: {ft}^(2)

therefore, the surface area of the given pyramid is 360 square feets.

answer= option D
