put them into slope intercept form

y=3x-2

y=-2x+4

Now, you can either graph it or use substitution

3x-2 = -2x+4

+2x +2x

5x -2 = 4

+2 +2

5x = 6

5x/5 = 6/5

x = 6/5

3x -2 = y

3(6/5) -2 = y

3 x 6 / 1 x 5 = 18/5

3 3/5 -2 = 1 3/5
