3. Create a cheat sheet for principles of garnishing rules. Examples of principles include dish temperature, functional appearance, using garnishes sparingly, etc.
4. Share your cheat sheet with the class and make changes according to their suggestions.
5. Create a citation sheet listing all sources used and turn in with your cheat sheets.
