so, we need to find what GAE equals

and we have what GAM equals and GAE+MAE=GAM

so we can add them and set them equal!

x^2+5x+4=13x+24

move all terms to the left side and set equal to zero!

x^2+18x+28=0

(we can use a diamond to solve this too) solve how ever you want to find x

x=10, -2

substitute the x in the GAM equation and you get 10^2+5(10)+4=154

then we can subtract MAE from GAM

7(10)+7=77

154-77=77

so GAE should be 77
