Area of Study room = 4x3 = 12

Area of Living room = 4x5 = 20

Area of Dining room = 4x2 = 8

Area of Kitchen = 4x3 = 12

Area of Recreation = 5x3 = 15

Area of the house is the sum of all the rooms areas

=12+20+8+12+15=67.
