-7/10 in decimal form is -0.7 so it would be between -0.2 and -0.8

-9/10 as a decimal is -0.9 so it is too high

-1/2 as a decimal is -0.5 so it is between -0.2 and -0.8

-1/4 as a decimal is -0.25 so it is too high

-2/5 as a decimal is -0.4 so it is between 0.2 and 0.
