(I'm guessing you are talking about monarchies etc.) I personally don't know about that. I value a person that has the right attributes and the right perspective about being a leader then inherited power. I wouldn't have a problem with a person that inherited the power as long as they honor everybody's natural rights and made smart decisions when they are in power.
