The radio of the base of two cylindrical tins are r and 3r respectively .if the water level in A is 18cm high , what would be the height of the same quantity of water in B

Explanation:

Volume of the water is the same in the 2 cyinders,

Volume of water in A = π r^2 * 18.

Volume in B = π (3r)^2 * h.

So 18πr^2 = 9π r^2 h

18 = 9h

h = 18 / 9

= 2
