Answer:

Yes, just not a fixed shape.

Step-by-step explanation:

A liquid take shape of whatever is containing but that does not fix it. As long as it is being contained it retains it's shape, yet the second you release it from it's containment it becomes the shape and can take the physical properies of whatever it is contained by next.
