Hello, I am not 100% sure but my best guess is option D which shows the collecting duct. Body is actively retaining water in blood when hormones such as aldosterone or anti-diuretic hormone are active. They basically allow us to increase passages for water to be reabsorbed (aquaporins). Thus, if your body is actively reabsorbing water, collecting duct would have lowest water since most of it is being reabsorbed in the blood.
