R^(2) to find a correlation. 0.81 is known as, Large Positive Linear Association. There are many variables, in this case, this "man" is part of other variables. So by removing HIM, the correlation goes from 8 to 9. It is still significant. However, it can be because of many reasons. Perhaps he has diabetes or cancer and was removed. *Hypothetically
