Answer:

a) as a simplest fraction in the simplest form, the answer would be 5/12

b) as a decimal it would be 0.41

c) as a percentage it would be 41.67%

The answer is 5/12 ! Because there are 12 shirts in total and 5 black shirts so there is a 5 out of 12 chance that he would wear a black t-shirt.
