Answer: 9.0x10^-6

Explanation:

In this case we have:

This is almost correct, the "correct" way to write this is having a number in the unit place:

So we want to move our number to te left, then we can multiply and divide by 10, because this will not change the value of our number:

(0.9x10^-5)*10/10 = 9.0x10^-5/10 = 9.0x10^-6
