Answer: 18.35%
Explanation:
Since the head baker sold 20 more cupcakes than expected, the fraction will be 20/109.
When you divide 20 and 109, the answer should be approximately 0.183486.
Round 0.183486 to the ten thousandth's place, which is 0.1835.
Now, move the decimal point two places to the right so it becomes the percentage, 18.35%.
