Explanation:

The perimeter of a rectange is :

P = 2(L+B)

L is length and B is breadth

L = 2x-3 and B = 5(x-2)

⇒P = 2(L+B)

P = 2[2x-3+5(x-2)]

P = 2[2x-3+5x-10]

P = 2[7x-13]

The area of a rectangle is :

A = L×B

A=(2x-3)* 5(x-2)\\\\A=(2x-3)*(5x-10)\\\\A=10x^2-10x-15x+30\\\\A=10x^2-25x+30
