315 Children

Explanation:

a+c=330

21a=c

Substitute the c's

a+(21a)=330

22a=330

Divide by 22 on each side

a=15

15 Adults

Now put "a" back into one of the equations.

21(15)=c

315=c

So 315 children and 15 adults.
