Solution :-

\tt:\implies (0.4x-2.8)/(4)=1.5

\tt:\implies 0.4x -2.8=1.5*4

\tt:\implies 0.4x - 2.8=6

\tt:\implies 0.4x=6+2.8

\tt:\implies 0.4x=8.8

\tt:\implies x=(8.8)/(0.4)

\tt:\implies x=\frac{\cancel{88}}{\cancel4}

\underline{\boxed{\red{\bf{\leadsto x=22}}}}

\boxed{\green{\bf \dag Hence\: value\:of\:x\:is22.}}
