Can anyone answer this for me? I’m super stressed out. Thank you

Imagine you have been called upon to negotiate between the New England colonists and Native Americans. What would you tell each side about the other to help overcome their misunderstandings?

Answer:

Firstly, it is important that both sides understand the other's positions regarding private land ownership. Since the Native American tribes did not believe in private ownership of land, any discussion must first include an explanation of these beliefs. There should also be a realistic discussion over how much land each side requires in order to survive in the new world. I would also tell the colonists about the long history, tradition, and culture of the Native Americans. Any information that would help the colonists hold the Native Americans in high esteem and not dismiss their culture and beliefs is helpful to an equal and beneficial relationship.

Answer:

I would see what the colonist need from the native Americans and maybe the native Americans can compromise and give a bit. For example the colonist want food because they are hungry, the native Americans will do so. BUT, in return the colonist HAVE to return to their own land.
