The correct answer is C.) The Right to participate in the electorate.

The reason that C is correct is as follows:

Back in the 1800's, women were not able to vote, even after they had gotten married. I believe that A is also partially right, but the main focus is directed on answer C.

Now we know that B is not the answer because, at this time, the Constitution had been signed and made, which meant that the amendment for the freedom of religion had already been made, securing the right to religious freedom to everybody.

Lastly, we know that D is not the right answer because, the freedom of speech was also an amendment that the Constitution secured upon it's signing. The only reason that some articles say that women did not have the freedom of speech was because back then, men had a lot of power over their spouses and sometimes, the man was oppressive.
