Hello there! :)

D. Intersecting, but not perpendicular lines.

4x + 2y = 10

4x - 2y = -10

To make the question easier, rewrite each line in the form y = mx + b:

4x + 2y = 10

2y = -4x + 10

y = -2x + 5

4x - 2y = -10

-2y = -4x - 10

y = 2x + 5

Looking at the answer choices:

The equations are NOT the same line because one of the slopes is negative.

The equations are NOT parallel lines because one of the slopes is negative.

The equations are NOT perpendicular because -2 is not the opposite reciprocal of 2.

The equations ARE intersecting, but not perpendicular lines.
