( 12x + 12×5 ) = ( 4×2x + 4×9 ) + 4x

12x + 60 = 4×2x + 36 + 4x

60 = 4×2x + 36 + 4x - 12x

60 - 36 = 4×2x - 8x

24 = 4×-6x

24÷4 = -6x

6 = -6x

x = 6÷-6

x = -1
