Throughout this activity, the scale factor, n, has been a positive value. However, a scale factor for dilations can also be negative. When a set of coordinates on a preimage is multiplied by -n instead of n, the coordinates of the image rotate about the center of dilation by 180°. Consider all the potential intervals of n in the table. Enter information in the table to indicate whether the scale factor produces an enlargement, a reduction, or no size change. Also indicate whether the image rotates 180° about the center of dilation. The first one has been done for you.
