Answer:

Slope will be -1/6 (change sign and take the reciprocal) since its perpendicular

Slope intercept form: y=mx+b

5 = -1/6(4) + b

5 = -4/6 + b

5 = -2/3 + b

b = 5+2/3

b = 15/3 + 2/3

b = 17/3 or 5.66

The slope intercept from: y= -1/6x+ 17/3
