m1 ×m2 = -1

m2 = -2/5

now,

y -y1 = M (x-x1)

y - (-4) = -2/5 ( x - (-4) )

y +4 = -2/5 ( x + 4 )

5 ( y +4 ) = -2 ( x+4)

5y +20 = -2x - 8

2x + 5y +20 + 8 =0
