Answer:

B(1, 0)

Explanation:

A(5, -4) ⇒
x_A=5,\quad y_A = -4

M(3,-2) ⇒
x_M=3,\quad y_M=-2

Point M(3, -2) being the midpoint of AB means that
x_M-x_A=x_B-x_M

3-5=x_B-3\\\\-2=x_B-3\\\\x_B=1

and
y_M-y_A=y_B-y_M

-2-(-4)=y_B-(-2)\\\\-2+4=y_B+2\\\\y_B=0
