answer: 8317000

this is because when you have 10^6, you look at where the decimal is placed. you count how many numbers are already placed after the decimal and it’s 3 numbers. so since it’s saying 10^6 you add three zeros (it can’t just be any number, it has to be zeros) then you’ll just remove the decimal so that it would be in standard form
