Vertical angles formed at the point of intersection T will be equal in measure.

m∠PTQ = m∠STR and m∠PTR = m∠QTS

Therefore, (x + 28)° = (2x + 16)°

28 - 16 = 2x - x

12 = x

m∠PTQ = (x + 28)°

= 12 + 28

= 40°

Therefore, measure of angle PTQ is 40°.
