Reflection Paper

The Reflection Diary is a weekly journal entry in which you
reflect upon your lifestyle choices for the week. You do not
need to keep a record of everything you ate, but instead write
an overview of your nutrition and fitness level for the week.
For example, how did you feel about your diet or your physical
activity this week? Did you eat too much junk food? Did you
make an effort to eat healthier? Did you get regular exercise?
You can also include observations, such as how your emotions
related to your eating, how you felt physically after eating
certain foods, or if you ate specific foods because of family or
peer influences
The point of this journal entry is to help you take a better look
at your eating habits and how they affect your life. You will not
be graded on how or what you are eating--so be honest. You
will be graded on writing at least one complete paragraph
reflecting on your health and nutrition level for the week. Be
sure to provide some specific details and examples
