Answer: He can draw infinite triangles with those internal angles.

Explanation:

We know the tree angles of our triangle.

40°, 65° and 75°.

But we do not know the length of the sides, then with those exact interior angles, we can draw infinite different triangles, where each triangle has different sidelengths (the only relation between any two of those triangles is that the equivalent sides of one triangle are contracted or dilated with the same scale factor with respect to the other triangle)

This is why AAA (Angle-Angle-Angle) is not a congruence criterion.
