In spanish we do not usually use "divertido" as an adjective. Instead we use "gracioso" or "chistoso".

I would write the text in the following way:

Hola, mi nombre es Abhi. Voy a hablar sobre (sobre mis about) tres de mis amigos. Ellos (They) son Samit, Jake y Ryan. Todos nos llevamos bien y nos divertimos juntos (together). Samit es inteligente y va a una escuela distinta. Jake es alto y gracioso. Ryan juega al fútbol y es atlético. Todos jugamos videojuegos en mi casa.

When you list your friend's names you should say: Se llamas Samit y Jake y Ryan. In Spanish you don't use commas for a list. Otherwise, I think you did a great job.
