What was the number one reason 18-29 year olds did’nt vote in the 2016 election

Answer:

the first year 18- to 20-year-olds were allowed to vote, Only 43 percent of that age group voted in 2016 and just 16 percent turned out to vote in 2014. ... young people - the education system and election administration. they left a question blank or didn't know their Social Security number.

The main reason why they didn't vote is because the Supreme Court ruled against the Voting Rights Act in 2013.
