The answer is (7,-3). This problem require you to use the midpoint formula which is (x1+x2)/2 and (y1+y2)/2. So you plug in 9+5/2 = 7 and 1+(-7)/2 = -3. Which should give you (7,-3) as your coordinate. Hope that helped :))
